  • Item received is broken or damaged

  • Item did not arrive

If your order meets any of the above criteria, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Dislike of style or fit

📦 Return Process:

    Email us at contact@zinglens.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence if the product is damaged.

    Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

  3. Return Approval:
    If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps, including any return shipping details if needed.

  4. Refund or Replacement:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging if requested to be sent back.
